Right Or Wrong Guy ("we", "us", "the Service") is owned and operated by Elgie Young (the "Seller") at RightOrWrongGuy.com, based in the United States. When you use the Service or make a purchase, you are contracting with Elgie Young, trading as Right Or Wrong Guy. The Service provides an anonymous, AI-powered analysis of text messages and dating scenarios you paste into the site. The Service returns an informational opinion — a "verdict" — about communication patterns.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service does not require registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers to deliver an analysis. Usage allowances are tracked with an anonymous counter stored on your own device.

Your first analysis is free. Additional analyses ("lookups") are sold as one-time purchases in single or multi-lookup packs. Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle appears as the seller of record on your statement and is responsible for payment processing, taxes, and billing support. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Purchased lookups are delivered immediately to the device and browser used at checkout. Because there are no accounts, credits stored on a device cannot be transferred to another device or restored if your browser storage is cleared.

You agree not to:

• Submit content about any person other than in a personal, lawful context.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or its AI systems.
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or defame any person.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service's output.

Verdicts and suggested replies are AI-generated opinions for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not therapy, counseling, legal, medical, or safety advice, and they may be wrong. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

If you are in immediate danger, call 911. The Service is not an emergency resource.

If submitted text suggests physical danger, stalking, or abuse, the Service may bypass the standard analysis and instead display safety resources. This is a protective feature, not a guarantee, and may not trigger in every case.

The Service, its design, branding, and underlying software are our property. You retain ownership of the text you submit. You may share your verdict output for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
